Terms & Conditions

A Little Bit Of Legal Jargon To Protect Us Both

  • PRIVACY POLICY: all intake forms and credit card information will be kept confidential and will not be shared                           
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone           
  • NO REFUNDS once services are rendered and paid for       
  • All cancellations require 24 hour notice. Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund (minus a 10% service fee). Appointments can celled within 24 hours of the appointment will receive a refund of 50%. Appointments that are rescheduled are not subject to refund, and any payments made will be rolled over to pay for the new appointment.       
  • Massages are not available for same day booking       
  • If you, or someone in your household is sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
  • If you are late to your appointment, please note that your session will still end at the specified time, and you will be charged the full price of the service. If I am late, you will receive the full service agreed upon.   
  • In case of dangerous weather ( i.e. flooding, snow storm, etc) you will be contacted within 4 hours of your appointment to reschedule once the weather clears.       
  • Group events require 1 months advanced booking, and cancellations require 72 hours notification. Anything canceled within that 72 hour period will be given a 50% refund
  • Please do not book an appointment if your home has any kind of infestation (such as fleas, bed bugs, cockroaches, etc). If you do, you will be charged any associated cleaning and vet fees to clear any possible infestation in my business and home.   
  • ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST PRE-PAY FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT VIA CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL. Subsequent appointments may be paid in cash, check, or credit card.
